Prices


Why are there no prices in your catalogue?

Prices are determined by the amount of decoration or printing required, complexity of the design and, in some cases, the number of colours used.  Each order is quoted for separately, enabling us to keep our prices competitive.

Samples

Can I see a sample before I buy?

Samples of our most popular lines are usually available to view.  All items of clothing (and some printable items) are bought-in to order.  In cases where we do not hold stock or sample items, a charge will be made equal to the cost of obtaining the sample, plus postage.  If the sample is included in any resulting order, the sample charge will be deduced from the total price. 

Artwork

What artwork do I need to supply?

Artwork supplied should be of sufficient quality to be reproduced on your order.

How should I supply my artwork?

All artwork should be supplied as vector files in .eps file formats.  No liability will be accepted for poor quality reproduction on orders, as a result of poor quality artwork supplied.  All artwork and text should be checked, before placing an order, for correct spelling, punctuation and grammar, as mistakes cannot be altered.

Do you charge for artwork?

Where suitable artwork files are supplied for reproduction, the first, initial layout and logo placement on a visual proof will not be charged for.

Is there a cost to change a design?

Changes to designs will be subject to a minimum fee and, depending on the extent of change required, charged accordingly.

I do not have a logo, how much do you charge to produce a logo suitable for print reproduction?

The charge for producing a logo depends on the complexity of the design required.

Why does my logo need to be digitised for embroidery?


All embroidery is produced from a digitised file and turned into a stitch pattern compatible with our equipment.  All logos are professionally digitised and the quality of the result is determined by the quality of the artwork supplied.  The price of digitising will be determined by the size of the logo, but is free of charge for a breast pocket area logo where the resulting order for clothing is £100 or more.

Do I need to have my logo digitised each time I order?

No, once we have your logo digitised it is stored on file.

Can you print or embroider my own clothing?

We supply our own clothing as it has been chosen to be compatible with our printing and embroidery methods.  As with all tools and electrical equipment, things can sometimes go wrong and where this happens, we are unable to replace your items.

For all images and logos that are subject to copyright, we will ask you for original evidence of written permission for reproduction.




Charity


I wish to incorporate a charity logo on my order.  Can this be done?

We can reproduce charity logos, subject to written permission being obtained and supplied by you, together with the appropriate artwork files.  If proof of permission is not supplied to us, we will be unable to reproduce any charity logo.

Lead Time

How long will my order take?

As a general rule of thumb, orders will take between 5 and 10 working days to complete, subject to production schedules, from visual proof approval and payment of pro-forma.  Large quantity orders will, of course, take a little longer.

Delivery

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery to South Lakes and Furness areas will be free of charge.  Deliveries elsewhere will be by courier and determined by weight of the order.
